nePlay is for Nepali jokes, dances and songs. Never for hurting anyone. If something crosses the line, here’s the fastest way to reach us.

Open the post, profile or chat, then choose Report.

2 · By email. No account needed.

Anything involving a child? Use the subject “CSAE report”. We treat these as our highest priority.

In Nepal, if someone is in danger right now: call Police on 100, or the Child Helpline on 1098. Elsewhere, call your local emergency number.

Children come first. No exceptions.

nePlay has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. You must be at least 13 to use the app, or older where local law requires. A child is anyone under 18.

When we become aware of it, we act promptly to:

  1. Remove the content.
  2. Permanently ban the accounts involved, and any other accounts of the same person.
  3. Preserve relevant information, as required, for law enforcement.
  4. Report it to the authorities. These may include the Nepal Police Cyber Bureau and, where applicable, NCMEC.

A few things that aren’t allowed:

  • Sexually explicit content
  • Violence, or anything that promotes it
  • Harassing, threatening or abusing anyone
  • Scams and fraud
  • Illegal, harmful or misleading content
  • Using someone else’s work without the rights

    Flag a post, profile or chat. Our moderation team reviews it.

  • Block

    Block an account in the app.

  • Delete your account

    Settings → Delete Account. It can’t be undone. Your data is erased within 30 days, unless the law or safety requires us to keep it.

Complaints, handled under Nepali law.

Unhappy with a post, an account, or how we handled something? Write to the Safety Team. Include the link or username, what’s wrong, and how to reach you.

Illegal in Nepal? Removed within 24 hours.

That’s when a complaint shows content prohibited under Nepali law, or an authority lawfully orders its removal. It isn’t a deadline for every report: for other complaints, we aim to reply promptly and resolve them within a reasonable time.
